Wool and the Gang

Billie Jean Yarn is made using upcycled pre-consumer denim waste. This waste is ground back into fibre and woven into Billie Jean Yarn. Using no chemicals and no dyes, WATG manage to save 20,000 litres of water per kilogram of upcycled material. Billie Jean Yarn has been developed in collaboration with The New Denim Project, a project within a 3rd generation family textile factory promoting conscious consumption and investment in sustainable materials.

Our Sugar Baby Alpaca is spun from this deluxe natural fibre and is produced in very limited quantities. Soft and fine, it’s amazing for more delicate knits and gives cashmere a run for its money!
